Custom Card Elevator Order Form

Please use this form to submit your custom Card Elevator request. Provide accurate details so we can confirm your order, pricing, production time, and payment before production starts.

Terms and Conditions

Order Accuracy: Customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications (dimensions, colors, etc.)

Deposit: A deposit payment is required before production starts and are based on the size of the order. 

No Returns/Refunds: Due to the custom nature, returns/refunds are not accepted.

Production Time: Custom orders require 3 business days for production. This is an estimate, not a guarantee depending a size of order.

Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout.

Modifications: Orders are finalized after deposit. Any modifications to the order after the deposit has been sent are due to incur additional charges and have to be approved only.

Custom Logo request range from $15-$25 based on design. 

Custom Color request vary in additional charges if we do or don’t have the color you request in stock and may lead to additional production time.
